Pattaya Announcement for Online Tax Return Service
Pattaya, the 4th of March 2010 [PDN]: Joining at Central Festival on Pattaya Beach Road, Mr. Saran Tantijamnan (Central Festival Pattaya Beach General Manager), Mr. Ronawat Suwantphirom (Chon-Buri Revenue Office Representative) and Mr. Ongat Suthasakul (Thai Commercial Bank 2nd Road Branch Manager) announced the availability of a new online tax payment system developed for the Chon-Buri residents and businesses.
The online payment system will be the first of its kind in the region and will significantly help the population manage the process of their tax return individually. Introducing the new system is expected to dramatically reduce the problem of overcrowding and slow service at the Revenue Offices during the tax payment period.
Having created the service based on the current manual application process, the system is believed to be easy to use, as such it is hoped that a significant decrease in mistakes and filling errors will be seen with the use of the internet based process. Besides saving a substantial amount of paper, the new system will reduce the workforce currently required during the tax period also ensuring a faster return, expected to be cut to approximately 15-days with the use of the new system. Online payments are now processed instantaneously.
4 Steps to Using the New System:
1. Proceed to the website; http://rdserver.rd.go.th, choose between the two forms Phor Ngor Dor 91 or 90 if you are registering.
2. Fill in your ID number or Tax Payer number and full name; this process will have to be completed for security purposes every time you enter the website.
3. Fill in all your tax details, income, tax withheld, allowance etc. Check all details once the form has been filled before proceeding.
4. The system will now calculate whether a tax payment or return is required based on the information that you entered into the system. At the end of the calculation you will be required to print a hardcopy of the form to keep for your records.
Tax Payment Options Now Available:
1. E-payment option on Revenue Department website
2. Payment via ATM deposit or Postal Service
3. Over-the-counter payment at all participating bank branches.
The new e-payment option gives the operator the benefit of seeing the transaction calculated onscreen. At the time of completion, your bank balance will reflect the funds being payed instantaneously. In the case of a tax refund the funds will be transferred into your account within 15-days.

Pattaya Ladies Club Meeting at Sheraton Beach Resort
Pattaya, – Tuesday 16th February 2010 [PDN]: – This very progressive ladies club again had three new visitors at their fortnightly meeting. Much of their success lies in the high number of almost daily activities that their members can enjoy if they so desire, and the latest big event was a trip to India.
The newly elected PILC President, Mrs. Anja Schoof, has three children living in England and Europe, and together with her husband Hans, they have lived in Leipzig, Germany; Leeds in the north of England and even 1-year in Oman in the Middle East. She spent 14-years in England assisting disabled people with employment and quality of life issues, and Anja moved to Pattaya in January 2008, together with her husband Hans.
Anja immediately joined the PILC, where she became involved with the “trips & activities” committee, but was also involved in charity work helping organizations such as the “Mercy Centre & the “Fountain of Life.” As PILC President she wants to help lesser organizations, such as Garunjewat House for ladies at Bang Saray.
Going to the orphanage every week and almost daily yoga classes are just some of the things that keep Anja motivated, and in spite of not being in a presidential position previously, Anja has shown that she can carry out her new role in an extremely business like manner. The next luncheon meeting for the PILC will be at the “Pan Pan” Restaurant along Jomtien’s Thappraya Road at 10.30 am on Tuesday 2nd March, so of course both members and guests are welcome.
